Capitol Centre’s Event Centre is suited for anything from intimate gatherings to mid-sized functions and can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people.

Event Centre Catering Menu

  • Minimum 25 Guests
  • All private parties subject to $100 non-refundable deposit to hold the hall, $50 for a bar area.
  • All deposits will be applied to the bill for this event.
  • WI state tax of 5.5% will be added to the bill for all food costs.
  • Gratuities for Food and any bar tabs will be added at 18% (all tips go to our employees)
  • Desserts made by Licensed bakers may be brought in, no other food is allowed to be brought in.
  • Specialty menus can be accommodated, please call 920-735-9941 to discuss any specialty pricing you may be looking for.
  • Private bar is available for your functions. $15 per hour. Open bar: tips by patrons, closed bar tips included in gratuity pricing.
  • Customers remove any decorations brought in. Any products with glitter or confetti are not allowed. IE balloons, confetti poppers, etc..

How many people can your Event Centre hold?

We feel our Event Centre is ideally suited for small to medium sized gatherings – generally from 8-200 people.

Can I have an event catered by an outside company?

We do not allow outside catering, however we have an extensive catering/party menu and can make alterations to fit most needs at a reasonable price.

Do you decorate for events?

We can accommodate decorating through a few different event planners. We also allow you to decorate the space yourself. Give us a call and we can help answer any questions you may have.
